Yoga for Everybody (vinyasa)
YFE is a vinyasa class (flowing with the breath) and interconnects movement and breath. We transition from pose to pose through our inhales and exhales, but pause in many poses to truly experience our practice. Beginners who like an "upbeat" and brisk pace are encouraged to attend, and offered pose modifications while they develop a new state of flexibility and strength over time. For more experienced students, intermediate/advanced posturing is offered and encouraged.

Slow Flow (vinyasa)
This class focuses on linking the breath with movement in a non-judgemental, inclusive space. Asanas or postures are linked together in a slow, continuous flow, with the breath as our foundation. Attention is also paid to alignment, hands-on adjustments, and breath-work. As we seek to unite body, spirit and mind we can increase inner peace and calm, while we decrease tension and anxiety. Modifications and variations given. Appropriate for all levels.

Moonlight Yoga
You will be guided through poses to warm the body, and prepare it for a gentle sequence of flowing postures. Most poses are held for five or more breaths. We'll return to the floor for a "warm down", and a series of poses that will prepare you for a good night's rest. The next day you will wake-up feeling refreshed, and ready to say "yes" to the world! Appropriate for all levels.

Yoga Roots
Yoga Roots offers meditative movement through foundational yoga, exploring the interplay of movement, stillness and breath. Here you can experience flexibility and strength in a calm atmosphere, which encourages mental focus and relaxation. At the heart of the practice is a safe, non-judgmental space, where your own individual expression is encouraged. Through pose modifications and the use of props, the class is accessible to people of all abilities and beginners. For the more experienced practitioner interested in a gentler practice, you may still find physical and mental challenges within this quiet and slower-paced session.
Appropriate for all levels.

Workbreak
This class runs for 45 minutes to allow for you to practice during your lunch-break from work. It's easy to follow along. Focus is on stretching, tension relief and breathing. Postures will be paced slowly - but a dedication to challenging yourself is required! You may return to work refreshed, and perhaps with a new, and more positive perspective. YOGA TO YOU program
Semi-private and private sessions are for groups or individuals that would like the option of having yoga classes brought to them. Classes can be taught in the home, office, or almost anywhere that you wish. For instance, if you have a number of people in your office interested in yoga, we can arrange for a dedicated teacher to visit your office each week.
